I have to wear a mask as a passenger because of the Covid-19?

Wearing a mask remains at the discretion of the driver who can choose whether passengers in his vehicle should wear a mask or not. That said, we recommend the practice of good health and wellness habits, that includes wearing a mask if you feel to.

Does the contribution paid by the passenger to the driver is a taxable income?

No, according to the Quebec Public Transport regulation for Carpooling, the contribution is not taxable income for the driver. However, the contribution requested from each passenger multiplied by the number of occupants in the car must not exceed the amount required to cover the costs incurred for your vehicle during your trip. Will I Have To Parking and Waiting Time?

The price paid allows for up to 45 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. Car parking fees are to be paid to the driver on the day and he will supply you with a receipt

Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours will be refunded in full. If you don't notify us 24 hours prior to your booking there will be no refund

Where do I Meet My Driver When I Land at the Airport?

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area by the airport information desk holding a 'meet & greet' board with your name clearly written on it. If you have provided your mobile number we will try and contact you if we have any difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our Phone number so you can call us if you need to.

Am I Charged If My Flight is Delayed?

​No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We always check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver
